The peg is designed for up to 3 people. Within the peg is a Glamping Pod which accommodates up to 3 people. This is fully inclusive of your booking. There is a firepit, landing nets, mats and weigh slings all inclusive. Firewood can be purchased onsite for £10 per bag. Please note beds are not supplied, you will need to bring your own sleeping equipment, beds, bedding etc. The Glamping Pod is a bare room with 1 electric socket, 2 USB sockets, a small heater and a light. It is possible to accommodate larger parties by special request, please call or WhatsApp 07474 108585 before making your booking.
Yes, there is space within the peg to set up a Bivvy or two should you not wish to use the Glamping Pod.
Yes, max 3 carp rods and 1 coarse rod per person although we ask you reduce to 2 carp rods during dark hours per person.

Bookings are for 24 hours. From 10 am until 10 am. You can arrive and leave at any time within those set times.
Changeover is between 9.30-10am

Yes but must stay within the peg at all times. No exceptions under any circumstances due to loose livestock and our own working dogs. Dogs must be well behaved and not barkers.
No, no permission allowed.
No. The livestock are on strick diets and the owners do not wish them to be fed or approached under any circumstances.
The exact stock is unknown, it is estimated there is 20-30 of the original 2004 stocked carp up to and over 20lb+. All of them are commons. There was new stock introduced in Jan 2025 of which consisted mostly of Mirrors. There is also a selection of Bream, Perch, Roach and hybrids of varying sizes should you wish to fish for these as well.
There is space for parking for 1 car within the peg. There is additional parking onsite.
There is an onsite toilet which is situated a short walk from the peg, with a shower.

There is a 24hr petrol station 1 mile away (Peggy whites) which serves sandwiches, tobacco, confectionary and drinks (snack bar 9am-2pm) There is an Asda within 5miles. There are 3 snack bars within the village catchment. (Hummingbird does delivery during the day until 2pm) just eat and Uber eats work within the area.
3 rods can be used, however we recommend 2 rods each in the peg throughout the night.
An additional rod is allowed for coarse specimen.
All boilies, pellets, particles and groundbait is encouraged. Provided it is used in moderation and prepared properly.
Under 18’s must be supervised by an adult.
Under 16’s must remain in the peg

You can hire our bait boat for £20 per 24hrs, use of your own bait boat is not permitted to prevent cross contamination and ensure the health of our fish.
